All Contractor/Chauffeur/Drivers that perform any work on behalf of Equity Transport Group Pty Ltd have a duty of care to Equity Transport Group Pty Ltd.
These range from Occupational Health and Safety concerns and not limited to the following examples such as medication, prescribed eyewear, matters concerning the Equity Transport Group Pty Ltd uniform, to loss of Drivers licence, Transport Authorities and Accreditations or behavior deemed illegal by applicable law. This also includes anything impeding the Contractor/Chauffeur/Driver performing Equity Transport Group work in a legal manner or as per Equity Transport Group service standards.
All Contractor/Chauffeur/Drivers performing work for Equity Transport Group need to use their professional skills and experience to decide on what actions they should take in each situation that may cause potential harm to Equity Transport Group clientele.
